User Reviews Not as described, used product with poor service.   I received my item from thepartsbiz. It was the worst online buying experience I've ever had. This item is crap and does not fit Oster models. It won't sit on the blender base all the way and barely works. The lid does not fit the glass jar and they are two different brands. I received the blender set USED with grime and rust on it! To top it off, I ordered two different blenders from the same company. This one was generic and less expensive. The other had a different picture and claimed to be the actual Oster brand. The company sent me this crappy one which was not as described at all and doesn't look like the photo. I had to email them multiple times to get the second one and they were incredibly rude. Finally the replacement was a duplicate of this crappy blender and NOT the second Oster brand that I paid more for. They are refusing to correct their mistake or issue the difference. I do not recommend these rude, unethical people or their inferior products at all! ok   The glass was great, the lid was cheap. The lid does not fit tight. New assembly for Oster blender   Received all parts in good condition, in a very timely manner. The quality is good, and I get to keep my old-old never fail blender. I tell you I can't part with this machine, I've had it for 35 years and it never stops. I have at least 15 buttons for stirring, mixing, chopping up ice and it never fails. I was delighted to find the parts on Amazon since our local small appliance store has vanished, and I think this was less expensive than the last time the glass jar was broken 15-20 years ago. Thank you Amazon. The Greatest   When the plastic jar to my nearly new blender developed a crack I was very disappointed. I searched on line and the only replacement jar I could find was glass and came with a complete assembly. I didn't think that I needed that but ordered it just to get the new jar. The jar works perfectly and the blades are far superior to the ones that came with the blender. (The blender is less than six months old) The jar is very thick and sturdy allaying any fears I had about it being glass. I am pleased with the whole experience. IT DOESN'T WORK! DON'T BUY --   This glass jar replacement doesn't work! You put it together carefully, try to screw the bottom tight (it won't screw tight -- just keeps going around, fill it, try to put the lid on (it won't go on; too big), put it on the blender base, blend it, take it off, and it falls apart and empties onto the floor. Several of us tried it different times and ways, and it won't work!! I returned it for a refund and received the refund, but they refused to refund my $10.00 UPS cost for returning it to them.
