LOL Works like an original one   Recently, during a short period of time, I broke two original Osterizer gaskets by using them with a Kerr bottling jar. Somehow the ring gets inside the jar and then gets chewed up by the blade. These gaskets are a perfect replacement for the original ones. I haven't broken any of them yet. Perfect replacement   These gaskets harden after many years and these allow you to use the original jars for years more. Shipping is expensive, but the total cost is probably cheaper than driving around town to pick them up or look for them, and Amazon is certainly more convenient.
